Service overview

QuizBrew provides software for quiz creation, scheduling, hosting, team management, and related venue operations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and venue team members.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share them outside your team.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid access is billed according to the active plan, venue count, and enabled add-ons shown in the product.
• Free trials, discounts, and promotional offers may be limited, changed, or withdrawn for future billing periods.
• You can cancel from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior paid periods unless required by law.

Acceptable use

• You must not use the service to break the law, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You must not resell, scrape, or systematically extract QuizBrew content without written permission.
• You are responsible for the way you use hosted links, player flows, and venue-facing content in your own quiz nights.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or retire features over time. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the venue information, branding, and other material you provide. QuizBrew retains ownership of the software, platform design, and service-specific materials.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuizBrew is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, business interruption, or lost revenue arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
