- Operational usage data such as login sessions, analytics events, and system audit logs.
- Payment and subscription records processed through our payment providers.
How we use information
- To provide quiz generation, hosting, analytics, and account management features.
- To secure accounts, detect misuse, and maintain platform reliability.
- To process subscriptions, invoices, and service communications.

How long we keep it
We keep account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain financial records. Deletion or export requests may be available through your account and applicable law.
Processors and infrastructure
QuizBrew uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to run the platform, including cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. Those providers only receive data needed for the service they perform.
